Customer Reviews
From looking into some customer reviews and feedback we have gathered a few positives and negative points that they have had. Keep in mind every customer will have different experiences and you should use this feedback as a guide to knowing more into this specific Beko dishwasher.
Positives
–> Ease of use
–> Space, more specifically due to the height adjustable rack and foldable plate racks
–> Very good for being quiet
–> Good cleaning results
–> Good range of programmes given good cycle times
Negatives
–> The on/off button seemed to have a common fault which ended up not working soon after purchase
–> Drying of the dishes sometimes still results in wet/slightly wet dishes
–> Few problems with salt indicator
–> Problem with bottom rack coming off rails
Now don’t be put off by the negatives as not everyone has had the same problems. Even with the drying of the dishes, as stated in the manual, the dishes should be left for up to 15 or 30 minutes so they can cool down. Hot dishes and utensils can produce vapour. There are various reasons for problems that occur however one good point to say is that many have had great customer service in replacing or getting features fixed.
Summary
Overall this is a good dishwasher with high ratings for both efficiency and drying, of course few negatives for the drying though. As well it comes in different colors to fit your kitchens interior and by skimming through the manual it gives a decent amount of information as a whole for both new and previous dishwasher owners. Really if you are not too sceptical about amount of water it uses or some of the missing features as stated above then this can be a good dishwasher for you.
We are rating this dishwasher a good 4/5 for what you get at the price!
